Sales Rep/Account Manager
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Looking for an excited and driven Account Manager to drive growth for our business as part of our rapidly expanding Salesforce services organization. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, directly engaging key customer stakeholders, and closing deals. You will leverage your existing networks in our strategic markets, and build ongoing relationships around the country. You will be required to research and target new opportunities for a fast growing professional services organization that specializes in Salesforce Services. The candidate must be energetic, persistent, and must enjoy a good challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new opportunities in our strategic market segments of commercial finance, healthcare, high tech, general business, and non-profit
- Secure meetings with high-level decision makers
- Create and facilitate client presentations
- Share lessons learned with larger team and provide insight into customer experience to help build out the tools and processes of a robust Sales organization
- Build and grow sales partner relationships
- Support strategic partnerships
- Nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understand Salesforce and their ecosystem
- Existing network of C-Suite executives, particularly COOs and CFOs a plus
- Capacity to understand customer business processes, their pain points, and how they buy
- Ability to communicate our expertise and services in their businesses
- Knack for building long-term relationships and trust
- Relentless focus on closing the deal
- Track record of exceeding quotas selling Services
- Persistence, ability to find a creative solution to every problem, and a willingness to learn by doing
- Commitment to shared success in a collaborative team environment
